Nitrous Oxide

One of the most commonly known forms of sedation is nitrous oxide sedation or “laughing gas.” Dr. Justin Crocker is an experienced nitrous oxide dentist ready to give you a stress-free, pain-free dental experience. Nitrous oxide is breathed in through a mask just before your dental treatment; you will become very relaxed after a few breaths of this gas. The main difference between laughing gas and oral sedation is you can completely regain your senses after the gas is cut off and you take a few breaths of fresh air.

This form of sedation is usually used for quick and fast dental appointments since this form sedation allows for a speedy recovery. We also recommend this sedation method for adults worried about the dentist or over-excited children. Whatever the reason, we are proud to offer nitrous oxide dental appointments here so we can better take care of our patient’s needs.
